Camera Shot Testing
This video showcases the use of some rather fast paced editing, a variety of mid-shots and angles to compose a scene of me walking down a platform. This video is merely for testing purposes as I am looking to find elements of a scene that work, the right angle, or shot - is vital for a scene in its production stages. Multiple takes are needed to achieve a sense of continuity, and this way - the editing becomes cleaner and it looks a lot more professional. This scene was based on the idea of the main character walking from his apartment complex into the street, obviously cautious, as he knows he is being watched by someone or something. If I were to use this scene, I would perhaps have to speed up everything a tad more, as it would increase the tension and dramatic effect of the sequence, adhering to the conventions of a typical action film trailer.
